Djive Studios

AI systems that ship. Film that sells them.

Djive Studios is David Jansson. I build AI products, workflows and agents that run in production, and generate the film, stills and music around them - no crew, no camera.

Tools I build with

  • Anthropic
  • OpenAI
  • AWS
  • Cloudflare
  • Canva
  • DeepSeek
  • Midjourney
  • ByteDance

01 / Products

Three products,
built and run by me.

Not client work and not prototypes. Each one I designed, built and ship myself - the product, the interface and the code.

  • The Anh landing page on desktop, headline 'Who are you?' above a free Big Five testThe Anh landing page on a phone

    Web app

    Anh

A Big Five personality test with an AI coach that has read your results. I did the positioning, the brand, the interface and the scoring engine.

  • The Bryggan panel: two agents need you, one working, two done, and a shell command waiting for Approve or DenyA Bryggan notification: an agent asks whether to use D1 or KV for session storage, with a reply field and Open in Claude

    Mac and iPhone

    Bryggan

A menu-bar app that watches every Claude Code agent I run: who is working, who needs me, who is done. Approve a command from the panel or the phone, or jump straight to the right conversation.

  • Bearly home screen: Bruno and Bella by a frozen lake, a warmth meter and four goals left todayA Bearly postcard of Bruno and Bella sledding at Pine Hill

    iPhone

    Bearly

A cozy self-care app with Bruno and Bella, the bears from The jar further down. Small daily goals keep them warm, and they go on adventures and send postcards home. Your notes and moods stay on the phone.

02 / AI in practice

Built, shipped
and run for real.

Systems I have built and run, for clients and for my own work - anonymised where the client is not mine to name. Different domains, same shape: automate the repetitive part, keep a person at the decisions that matter.

Marketing automation Client build

A content engine for a political campaign

Every morning through the 2026 campaign the system read verified local sources and turned them into ready-to-post content briefs, one per channel, in the campaign voice. Nothing published without a human saying yes - that is the point, not a limitation.

  • Source verification
  • Human approval gate
  • Channel-ready output

Sales automation Product build

A field-sales CRM with an AI that does the admin

Mobile-first CRM for salespeople who live in their car. The AI drafts the follow-up email, summarises the visit and keeps the pipeline honest, so they sell instead of typing notes at ten at night.

  • Serverless backend
  • Mobile-first UI
  • AI drafting

Local AI tooling Internal tooling

Dictation that never leaves the machine

Hotkey dictation built on a local speech model with auto-paste into whatever app has focus. No cloud, no account, no audio leaving the laptop - built for work where the content cannot go to a third party.

  • Whisper, on device
  • Electron
Daily driver

03 / Selected work

Made without a camera,
a crew or a location.

18 pieces below, plus a complete music video further down and the loop running behind the title. Open any piece for the full cut with sound.

04 / AI music

I write the track too.

Written, generated, scored and cut end to end - track, vocal, visuals and edit.

05 / Campaign

Built for an election,
run by volunteers.

Campaign work for Moderaterna in Trollhättan and Göteborg for the 13 September 2026 election: message platform, content plan, the content engine, the sites the campaigns ran on - and two games that put the candidates' message into the mechanics.

The Nystarten follow-up page: 96 percent of 117 campaign promises done or under way, with a progress bar

Nystarten

The local party site for Moderaterna in Trollhättan, with its own CMS, so the campaign published without a developer.

The Jennie Bergius Eriksson site mid-scroll: a building rises floor by floor beside a timeline of what was built

Jennie Bergius Eriksson

A candidate site on the party identity with one signature interaction: a building rises out of the page as you scroll.

Two campaign games

Jennie Bygger mid-run: the candidate jumps towards three briefcase pickups with a striped barrier marked with a section sign ahead

Mobile game, Trollhättan

Jennie Bygger

An endless runner as candidate Jennie Bergius Eriksson. Collect jobs, businesses, safety and schools, jump the red tape, and the Trollhättan skyline grows the more you collect. Global leaderboard with server-side cheat checks, and it installs to the home screen.

3D browser game, Göteborg

Spårvagnssurfarn

Tram-track surfing through six Göteborg districts, from Brunnsparken to Älvsborgsbron, as candidate Hampus Magnusson. Real-time 3D in the browser, with his policy lines popping up as you hit milestones.

06 / What I do

Where I come in.

The model is rarely the problem. The problem is that nobody agreed what it was for, who owns it once it runs, or what happens the first time it gets something wrong.

  1. human in the loop

    AI workflows

Process, automation, human in the loop

Taking a process that only runs because someone remembers to run it, and turning it into one that runs itself, with a person kept at the points that genuinely need judgement. Most of the work is deciding where those points are.

  2. shipped

    AI product development

From idea to something in production

Anh, Bryggan and Bearly above are the examples: idea, interface, code and the whole thing in real hands. I build products where the software is the point, not a feature bolted onto the side of one.

  3. guardrail

    AI agents in production

    Deployment, guardrails, operations

Agents that do real work against real systems. The guardrails, the logging and the fallbacks are what decide whether they survive contact with users, and they are the part a demo never has to solve.

  4. frame by frame

    AI content

    Film, stills, music

Concept to finished cut. Product films, character work, music video, animation - generated, directed and graded. The work above is all of it, made without a crew.

  5. reachqualifysigned

    Sales and marketing strategy

    Positioning, pipeline, campaign

Where the offer sits, who it is for, and what gets sent. I write the positioning, build the funnel and the campaign around it, then stay to see whether it converted.

  6. operating rhythm

    Operations and HR

    Process, structure, people

The unglamorous half. Operating rhythm, role design, hiring and onboarding, and the internal process that keeps a small team from re-deciding the same thing every week.

A sentence about the problem is enough to start. If it is a film, say what it has to make someone do.
